Although I like the Great Dane brand, I would never recommend having a private party or any kind of event here. It's obvious that they do so much business that it doesn't matter to management that they do such a poor job with events, especially in regards to how they treat guests.

A bit more strip-mall-like than the downtown Great Dane but still a nice place. Great outdoor patio and less crowded than the downtown location. Same great food (love the artichoke dip) and their own beer.

Best place to take a group in Madison. Always something for everyone on the menu and almost always done well. Personal favorites are the brat and pretzel burger, mac&cheese pizza, and the meatloaf. Beer can be great, especially love their 3 pepper and velvet hammer.
