Camp Cantina is the first restaurant to appear in what was The Wise in the former HotelRED. It’s got a badger wearing a sombrero for its logo and the word “Camp” in its name, but the restaurant is not otherwise a UW sports-themed establishment.

What are some essential activities for new residents of Madison, Wis.? I got to provide my perspective in a Redfin article titled, “Madison Magic: Crafting Your Perfect Madison, WI Bucket List.”
I recommended starting a Saturday morning at the Dane County Farmers’ Market, followed by a walk on State Street and ending the day at the Union Terrace (not all of that made it into the article).
