Too many ghost kitchens these days are focused on wings. That’s why I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Jason’s Deli launched a ghost kitchen last year called Boise Bill’s that features baked potatoes.

Sookie’s Veggie Burgers
Sunday, March 5th, 2023Sookie’s Veggie Burgers, which features a 100% vegan menu, launched as a food truck in Milwaukee. Its State Street location in Madison is its only restaurant.
